These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to effectively protect and set expectations on our service.

1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • High Volume: Please note that during high volume periods (e.g., sales, holidays), processing time may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

4. Delivery Terms

We ship using standard carriers (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL) to ensure your supplements arrive safely.

Domestic Shipping (United States):

  • Standard Shipping: Generally takes 3–7 business days in transit depending on your location.

  • Expedited Shipping: If available at checkout, expedited options generally take 1–3 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO Addresses: We do ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. However, please note that shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses may take longer than standard domestic shipping times.

5. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

6. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer support immediately.

For damaged items, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

MYVOX-9 is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

8. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund Policy.

9. Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for orders that are not received due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer at checkout. Please ensure your details are correct before finalizing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
