Refund & Returns Policy

At MYVOX-9, operated by Stellar Peak Operations LLC ("we", "us", "our"), your satisfaction is the point. We know a supplement can only be judged by actually taking it – so our guarantee covers the product even after it's opened and used.

1. Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a risk-free 60-day money-back guarantee on your first order. If you're not completely satisfied for any reason, contact us within 60 days of your first order being delivered and we'll refund the full purchase price of that order.

This guarantee applies whether the product is unopened or opened and partially used. You do not need to have an intact safety seal to qualify. You tried it, it wasn't for you – that's all we need to hear.

To keep the guarantee fair and prevent abuse, the satisfaction guarantee is limited to one per customer or household, on the first order only.

2. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at connect@myvox-9.com with your order number and a brief note that you'd like a refund.

  2. Confirmation: Our team will confirm your refund and let you know whether we need you to return any unused portion. In many cases we'll simply ask you to keep or dispose of the product – you don't have to mail back an opened bag.

  3. Timeframe: Requests must be initiated within 60 days of your first order's delivery date. After 60 days, we're unfortunately unable to offer a refund on that order.

If we do ask you to return an unused portion, we'll provide return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be processed.

3. Subsequent Orders & Subscription Shipments

The satisfaction guarantee above applies to your first order. For later orders and recurring subscription shipments:

  • You can cancel, pause, skip, or change the frequency of your subscription at any time – see Section 6. The easiest way to avoid an unwanted charge is to manage your subscription before your next renewal date.

  • Unopened later shipments may be returned within 60 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.

  • If a later shipment was billed but you intended to cancel, contact us – we'll always work with you in good faith.

4. Refund Method & Timing

Once your refund is approved, we'll process it to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's issued.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund after we process it. Original shipping charges, where they applied, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Damaged, Wrong, or Lost Items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or the wrong product, email us within 7 days at connect@myvox-9.com with a photo, and we will replace it or refund it at no cost to you – no return required for damaged goods.

If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, contact us and we'll help resolve it, including reshipping where appropriate. We want you to receive what you paid for.

6. Managing Your Subscription

Your MYVOX-9 subscription is fully self-service and easy to control:

  • Cancel, pause, skip, or change frequency at any time, in one click, from your online account portal – the same simple way you signed up. No phone calls required.

  • We send you a reminder email before every renewal so a charge is never a surprise.

  • Cancellations take effect immediately for any shipment not yet processed.
